Our Enterprise Real Estate team helps us build our business from the ground up – literally. This group develops and manages our retail and corporate real estate portfolio, providing proposals and strategies that align with TD values.
One of the first steps to delivering our legendary customer service is creating the physical environment that supports it. TD’s branches and stores, corporate offices, ATMs and special-use spaces cover over eight million square feet across Canada, the U.S., and the U.K.. Our Enterprise Real Estate professionals are responsible for every step in the process, from evaluating local markets and creating growth strategies to designing, building and operating branch locations.
